Vernita Naylor, Founder/CEO, began over 10 years ago providing services as a business consultant, life and business coach, program/project manager, instructor and motivational speaker for several educational, media, record labels, recording artists, small-medium businesses, minority/women/veteran and non-profit organizations; commentator for Random House Books and their affiliates; currently a writer for SCORE, Examiner.com and AMEX Open; previous writer for the business assistance centers and SCORE Business Success; former DFW Minority Business Economic Council (MBEIC) Co-Chair working as an advocate for small-medium and minority owned businesses; previous publisher and editor-in-chief of two Christian publications which honed her experience in both media and public relations and profiled various artists, celebrities and record labels; creating, developing and promoting several Christian concerts and video productions as an effective way to garnish exposure for artists, implementing marketing concepts and plan development for high-profile recording artists and record labels and has worked 25 years with GSA in project and construction management, government contracting and relocation services.

A few of her speaking engagements and workshops have been with San Francisco Annual Small Business Week Conference; SCORE; SBA; eWomen Network International Business and Conference Expo; Business Assistance Center (BAC); Youth Movement Records (YMR); the California and Texas Chapters of GRAMMY U Summit; GRAMMY In The Schools; GRAMMY Career Day; GRAMMY Gospel In The Streets; Edwin and Walter Hawkins Music & Arts Love Fellowship Conference (MALFC) and The Stellar Awards and have provided event planning services for Love INC of Sacramento, The Potter’s House (of Dallas, TX) and Coliseum Lexus of Oakland.
Through her working efforts while building relationships and creating partnership, she has been able to maximize exposures for her indie recording artist clients who have traveled extensively throughout the United States and collectively have been on the stage with Narada Michael Walden, Carlos Santana, Mary Wilson of the Supremes, Bonny Raitt, Bonnie Hayes, Chester Thompson, Joe Zaniwul Tribute Band, Donnie McClurkin and Hezekiah Walker. In addition to stateside travel, Vernita has also been instrumental in getting one of her artist the ability to travel with the Edwin and Walter Hawkins’ Music and Arts Love Fellowship Conference (MALFC) to Tokyo, Japan and perform on stage with the Edwin and Walter Hawkins’ Music and Arts Love Fellowship Choir, Richard Smallwood, Edwin Hawkins and Calvin B. Rhone.
She received her Project Manager Certification from U.C. Berkeley and a B.S. Business Management Degree from San Francisco State University.
